telecaller job involves making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products / services, generate leads, and gather information, or handling inbound calls to answer inquiries and resolve complaints. Key responsibilities include communicating product details, maintaining customer relationships, documenting interactions, and achieving call targets in various industries like banking, real estate, and e-commerce. Essential skills include strong verbal communication, customer service, computer proficiency, and the ability to use CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling : Contacting potential and existing customers to offer products or services, explain benefits, and schedule appointments.
Lead Generation : Finding and qualifying potential leads and following up with prospects to drive sales.
Customer Service : Answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information or support over the phone.
Data Management : Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, updating CRM systems, and documenting feedback.
Appointment Setting : Scheduling appointments for sales teams or other service providers.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal communication to clearly and persuasively convey information and build rapport with customers.
Customer Service : Ability to handle customer complaints and provide solutions while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Computer & CRM Skills : Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
