Job description

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of scalable, cloud-native solutions for web, mobile, and eCommerce platforms
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices in software development
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architectural designs
Develop and maintain detailed architectural diagrams and documentation
Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of solutions
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, recommending improvements to existing systems

Requirements

8-10 years of hands-on development experience in Java or .NET open-source projects

5-6 years of experience in designing and implementing cloud-native solutions for web, mobile, and eCommerce systems

Proven experience in creating end-to-end solution designs for at least five unique systems / projects

Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to technical challenges

Proficiency in visualizing and documenting solution designs and architecture

Full-stack development knowledge, including frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and backend (Java, C#, SQL, NoSQL) technologies

Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for CI / CD and automated testing

Should have good experience in providing solutions to support Pre-sales

Desirable

Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
