Campaign Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute full-funnel performance strategies across paid search, social, programmatic, and affiliate channels.
- Translate business objectives into clear KPIs, ensuring data-driven optimization and performance measurement.
- Partner with internal strategy, analytics, and creative teams to build integrated campaign plans.
Execution & Optimization
Manage campaign set-up, implementation, pacing, and daily optimization to drive ROI and efficiency.Ensure platform best practices are followed (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon, etc.).Monitor delivery, troubleshoot issues, and recommend optimizations based on performance insights.Analytics & Reporting
Analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights and present performance reports to clients.Use tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, Campaign Manager 360 , and other attribution platforms.Work closely with the analytics team to implement advanced measurement frameworks (MMM, MTA, incrementality tests).Client & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the day-to-day client contact for performance campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication.Partner with media publishers, tech platforms, and Groupe specialist units (e.g., Performics, Digitas) to drive innovation.Proactively identify growth opportunities and recommend test-and-learn initiatives.Required Skills & Experience
4-5 years of experience in performance media or digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment.Hands-on experience with Google & Meta platform .Strong understanding of data analytics, attribution, and conversion tracking .Proficient with Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau).Excellent client servicing, presentation, and communication skills.Certification in Google Ads / Meta / Programmatic platforms preferred.
