Job descriptionArchitect and maintain microservice-based or modular backend systems. Integrate and manage message queue systems like RabbitMQ / AWS SQS for distributed Work with MySQL and MongoDB databases including schema design, optimization, and query tuning. Implement and maintain CI / CD pipelines using Git and related tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely Drive code quality, security, and performance standards. Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making. 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer. Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express, and JavaScript / TypeScript. Hands-on experience with queueing systems such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or AWS SQS. Solid understanding of MySQL and MongoDB. Familiarity with Git, version control workflows, and code review processes. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects. Experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, etc.). Exposure to server less architecture and AWS Lambda. Understanding of Chatbot systems or conversational AI integrations. Experience mentoring junior developers or leading small teams.

About the Role
