The Role

We're seeking a

Senior AI Engineer

who thrives on building production-ready AI agent systems from scratch. You'll architect and implement autonomous workflows that handle complex operational challenges in supply chain, inventory management, and demand forecasting. This is a hands-on role where you'll write code daily, ship features weekly, and see immediate impact on real business operations.

What You'll Build

Autonomous AI Agents : Design and deploy multi-agent systems for supply chain optimization, automated procurement, and intelligent inventory management

Production LLM Systems : Build robust, scalable applications using GPT-4, Claude, and open-source models with RAG, fine-tuning, and agent orchestration

Real-time Decision Systems : Create AI workflows that make thousands of operational decisions daily - from demand forecasting to dynamic pricing to supplier selection

End-to-End Ownership : Take features from ideation to production, including system architecture, implementation, deployment, and monitoring

Core Responsibilities

Ship Fast, Ship Often : Deploy production code within your first week; own features from concept to customer

Build Agent Orchestration : Develop multi-step reasoning systems using LangChain, AutoGPT patterns, and custom agent frameworks

Scale AI Infrastructure : Optimize for sub-second response times while handling millions of daily transactions

Pioneer Solutions : Solve novel problems in supply chain AI that haven't been tackled before

Set Technical Direction : Make architectural decisions that will define our platform for years to come

Who You Are

Must-Haves

5+ years

building ML / AI systems in production (not just research or POCs)

Deep LLM expertise : You've built and deployed multiple LLM applications handling real traffic

Startup DNA : Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and wearing multiple hats

Builder mentality : You'd rather ship an 80% solution today than a perfect one next month

Technical excellence : Strong Python, experience with vector databases, and production ML ops

You'll Excel If You Have

Experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI)

Background in operations research, supply chain, or logistics

Track record of 0-to-1 product building at early-stage startups

Experience with real-time systems and event-driven architectures

Contributions to open-source AI / ML projects
