As a
Technical Support Engineer (Integrations) , you’ll be part of our
TechSupport Backend (B2B – Enterprise Customer)
team, helping global clients troubleshoot and resolve issues related to
APIs, SSO, LDAP, and web services .
You’ll act as the bridge between customers, developers, and infrastructure teams — ensuring smooth integrations and world-class customer experience.
What You’ll Do
Resolve integration, authentication, and connectivity issues (REST / SOAP, SAML, OAuth, LDAP).
Diagnose data exchange, API, and email infrastructure challenges.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and collaborate with internal engineering teams.
Script in
JavaScript / Python / Shell
for automation and troubleshooting.
Work on
Linux / Unix or Windows Server
environments.
What We’re Looking For
✅ 3–8 years of technical / integration support experience (SaaS / Cloud preferred).
✅ Hands-on with
SSO, APIs, LDAP, JDBC / ODBC, Networking .
✅ Strong scripting (JavaScript / Python / Shell) and SQL skills.
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving mindset.
Bonus :
ServiceNow, Cloud (Azure / AWS / GCP / Okta), ITSM / ITIL, CMDB.
Location :
Hyderabad (Hybrid – 3 Days WFO)
Education :
B.Tech / B.E. / B.Sc. (CS or IT)
Notice Period : Immediate to 3 Weeks
