Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern based in Mumbai. The Human Resources Intern will assist in various HR activities, including managing daily administrative tasks, updating employee records, filing documents and data entry. The intern will assist in recruitment processes, co-ordinating interviews and manage communications with candidates. He / She will gather payroll and attendnace data, respond to employee queries and compile required reports.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior internship or work experience in HR is an added advantage
