Job descriptionExplain program structures, curriculum details, and benefits clearly. Stay updated on industry trends, educational policies, and new program developments. Engage regularly with prospective students and parents through calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Support applicants with documentation and ensure smooth completion of enrolment processes. Meet monthly and quarterly enrolment and revenue targets. Develop strategies to increase enrolments and achieve organizational goals. Coordinate with faculty, admissions, and marketing teams for seamless counselling and enrolment. Represent the institution in webinars, seminars, and workshops to promote academic programs. Maintain accurate records of inquiries, counselling sessions, and enrolments. Prepare and share periodic reports on counselling effectiveness and conversion rates. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory). Background in education, counselling, or sales is an advantage. Prior experience in academic counselling, telesales, or education-related roles preferred (not mandatory). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with students and parents. Target-driven with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
