[Urgent Search] Techno-Business Analyst (P&C Insurance Mandatory)

We are looking for a seasoned Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance industry, excellent SQL skills, and a solid understanding of data warehouses and analytics. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and is passionate about driving business value through data and systems analysis.

Key Accountabilities

• Conduct stakeholder analysis, estimate requirements, and lead technical / system analysis.
• Drive requirements gathering activities aligned with business priorities.
• Manage stakeholder relationships throughout the product lifecycle.
• Write comprehensive business and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with QA teams on test strategy and execution.
• Define product backlog, sprint backlog, user stories, system diagrams, and data flow diagrams.
• Plan and execute change management across the product lifecycle.
• Create user guides and training materials.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Lead one or more data PODs to deliver business outcomes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
