Support Analyst-MD-Staff (15h Left)

Mandatory Skills Description :

• 4+ years of IT experience
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving
• Good business understanding of operational workflows
• Excellent communication and teamwork
• Ability to learn new applications quickly
• Experience with non-clinical systems like :
• HVAC
• Facilities work order management
• Key management
• Risk / feedback reporting
• Security incident reporting
• Class tracking
• Membership management

Note : We are looking for a candidate for IT Application Support with experience in one or more of the following applications : Compete OR Keystone / SimpleK OR MD Staff OR Omnigo OR RL6 / Converge OR TMS (Accruent) OR Trane / TracerEnsemble.

The role also requires experience in customer interaction, requirement gathering, and application testing / validation.
