We're Hiring : Zonal Manager – Sales / Pre-Sales (EdTech)

(Weekends working, Week-off on weekdays)

Languages Required

Native proficiency in Telugu

Excellent proficiency in English

Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage

Who Are We Looking For?

5+ years of proven experience in Sales / Pre-Sales , preferably in the EdTech industry

At least 3+ years of experience managing large Sales / Pre-Sales teams across regions

Expertise in sales funnel management , target achievement , and P&L responsibility for large teams

Strong ability to communicate NxtWave’s vision and offerings to prospective learners

Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills

Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service

Empathetic leader with strong interpersonal and motivational skills

Analytical and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment

You’re Ideal for This Role If

You can manage Regional / State Heads, Senior Managers, and Managers across multiple states

You can instill empathy and drive performance in teams to achieve sales-qualified lead and conversion targets

You have experience driving outcomes from large-scale Pre-Sales / Sales operations

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and manage Regional Heads / State Heads, Senior Managers, and Managers across 3+ states

Drive sales-qualified lead generation and conversion targets across products

Optimize lead qualification funnels and manage Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC)

Monitor performance, analyze data, and implement continuous improvement strategies

Counsel prospective learners and guide them on career advancement through CCBP 4.0 Programs

Maintain detailed databases of lead interactions and feedback loops

Handle escalations efficiently and enhance customer experience

Develop and implement weekly and monthly targets , performance reviews, and process enhancements
