Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Blockchain Developer to design, develop, and implement decentralized applications (dApps) and smart contracts. You will be responsible for creating secure, scalable blockchain solutions and integrating them with existing systems and frontend applications. If you're excited about Web3, DeFi, NFTs, and pushing the boundaries of decentralized tech, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and implement smart contracts using Solidity, Rust, or other blockchain-specific languages.
  • Develop and deploy decentralized applications (dApps) on Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, Binance Smart Chain, or other blockchain networks.
  • Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers to integrate blockchain solutions.
  • Ensure security best practices are followed during development (e.g., avoiding reentrancy attacks, overflow issues).
  • Conduct code reviews and write unit / integration tests for smart contracts.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in the blockchain ecosystem.
  • Optimize blockchain protocols and ensure scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Maintain thorough documentation for all blockchain-related development.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in blockchain development.
  • Hands-on experience with Solidity, Ethereum, EVM, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus algorithms, and peer-to-peer networks.
  • Experience with development tools like Hardhat, Truffle, Ganache, or Remix.
  • Familiarity with Web3 libraries (e.g., web3.js, ethers.js).
  • Proficient in Git and version control systems.
  • Knowledge of cryptographic principles and security best practices.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with non-EVM chains (e.g., Solana, Polkadot, Cosmos, Near, etc.).
  • Understanding of Layer 2 solutions, sidechains, and rollups.
  • Prior experience with NFT platforms, DeFi protocols, or DAO systems.
  • Familiarity with IPFS, The Graph, Chainlink, and other Web3 tools.
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
