JOB DETAILS

Providing customers with an outstanding experience

Driving sales of all Premium products, setting daily sales targets & motivating your team to

exceed them.

Recruit and hire staff for the store to meet the needs of customers.

Complete schedules and assign duties and responsibilities to the store’s staff.

Opening & closing the store and stock control.

Working with centre management to build relationships

Understanding of Visual Merchandising, inventory management

Responsible for managing the day- day operations

Succession planning of ATL &BTL activities.

Driving our fantastic offers to engage customers.

Train new employees and provide continuing education and training to current employees.

Track and implement financial quotas for the store and staff based on the stated financial

goals of the business.

Evaluate staff quarterly and replace staff as needed based on performance-based metrics.

Required Candidate :

Qualification : Graduate / PG programs in Electronics and Electrical with excellent

communication & presentation skills.

Experience : 8 – 10 yrs of experience in Retail (Premium), Preferably sound and home

automation premium segment or premium electronics retail industry.

Experience in managing a high-end luxury retail outlet & dealing with HNI clients,

Institutional buyers & undertake networking with high end clients.

Target oriented, ability to lead and motivate team, maintain the standard of the brand.
