Academic Background - BE Mechanical Engineering

Work Experience - 1 to 3 years

Preferred Industry - Machine Tool

Main Task -

• Design & manufacturing of fixture required for machining parts
• CNC Program management and Error free programs
• Releasing stage wise drawing
• Release of processes for machining
• Cost estimation of all machining parts
• Involvement in selection of new machines & equipment
• Industrial Engineering
• Capacity planning & planning of loads of parts in the machine shop
• Fixturing , tooling CAD CAM processes, cutting tool selection monitoring, tool life management, working to improve OEE, managing flexible manufacturing cell.
