What you’ll do : Lead / Champion

AI initiatives

across product, engineering, and business teams.

Define and execute the AI roadmap, prioritizing high-impact opportunities.

Identify opportunities for

AI-driven solutions

in product and operations.

Partner with engineering and product teams to

prototype, test, and implement AI features .

Evangelize AI internally - drive adoption of tools, frameworks, and best practices.

Analyze data and results to

measure impact and optimize AI initiatives .

Act as the

link between strategy and execution , ensuring AI initiatives are delivered effectively.

Must Have :

BE / B.Tech or ME / M.Tech (or equivalent) from a

premium Tier-1 or Tier-2 institute .

5–8 years of experience in

product management, AI, or tech-driven roles .

Action-oriented, execution-focused, with a

“get things done” mindset .

Startup experience - thrives in ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and cross-functional work.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable working with

data and AI tools .

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to have : Prior experience in

entrepreneurial ventures, AI startups, or product marketing .

Experience in

AI product strategy, roadmap planning, or AI feature implementation .

Hands-on familiarity with

AI / ML tools, APIs, or frameworks .

Understanding of

SaaS products, HR-tech, or B2B workflows .

Exposure to

cross-functional product execution

and engineering collaboration.

Comfort with

rapid prototyping, experimentation, and iterative development .
