Job Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled

3D Visualizer Lead

to head our visualization team. The role involves conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality 3D renders, detailed drawings, and material boards while collaborating with designers, clients, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the 3D visualization team for timely and quality deliverables.

Create high-quality 3D renders and walkthroughs using

3ds Max, V-Ray / Corona .

Collaborate with interior designers to translate concepts into visuals.

Develop detailed drawings, space planning, and design presentations using

AutoCAD .

Stay updated on design trends, materials, and finishes.

Manage client interactions, presentations, and design approvals.

Ensure project deliverables align with timelines and design principles.

Contribute to

revenue generation

by delivering compelling design solutions.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in interior design / architecture or related field.

Proven experience in

3D visualization and rendering tools

(3ds Max, V-Ray / Corona, AutoCAD).

Strong creativity and design sense.

Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Experience in team management and leadership.

Knowledge of industry trends, materials, and technologies.
