Role Overview :
We’re looking for proactive Sr. BDAs to own the final stage of the sales funnel — connecting with prospective learners and driving enrollments. You’ll engage with students and parents, handle objections, and ensure seamless conversions through structured follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities :
Drive end-to-end closure of leads post-demo.
Conduct consultative discussions via calls / video to convert interest into enrollments.
Handle objections, communicate program value, and achieve sales targets.
Maintain CRM hygiene and share learner insights with internal teams.
Requirements :
1–3 years in B2C sales (EdTech / Upskilling / High-ticket preferred).
Strong communication in English + 1 regional language (Hindi, Gujarati, Odia, Malayalam, Bengali, Kannada).
Proven closing skills and target orientation.
Comfortable in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
