Role Overview

We are looking for a Regulatory & Corporate Legal Counsel who can bring legal precision, commercial understanding, and regulatory insight to our growing consulting ecosystem. The ideal candidate will handle legal drafting, compliance advisory, and documentation for clients and internal operations while supporting new service development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Legal & Regulatory Compliance

  • Interpret and apply laws like MDR 2017, Cosmetics Rules 2020, LMPC, BIS, EPR, and AEO.
  • Prepare and review affidavits, declarations, and legal submissions for regulatory filings.
  • Ensure compliance across projects, audits, and client documentation.
  • Liaise with external authorities and legal counsels when needed.

2. Contractual Drafting & Corporate Affairs

  • Draft and vet service agreements, NDAs, partnership contracts, and employee legal documents.
  • Ensure all agreements protect ELT’s interests and comply with Indian commercial law.
  • Maintain a legal repository and streamline documentation templates.

    • 3. Legal Policy & Internal Support

  • Develop internal compliance policies and manuals for teams.
  • Review HR, vendor, and partner agreements from a legal standpoint.
  • Support new business initiatives with legal risk assessment and documentation.

    • 4. Research & Knowledge Development

  • Track regulatory and policy updates across healthcare and manufacturing sectors.
  • Create internal legal notes, presentations, and training content for teams.
  • Contribute articles and blogs on legal and regulatory topics.

    • Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B); LL.M preferred.
  • 3–7 years of relevant experience in corporate, compliance, or regulatory law.
  • Strong drafting and interpretation skills.
  • Familiarity with government portals like CDSCO, BIS, DPIIT, MoEFCC, CBIC is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills (English mandatory).

    • Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to intellectual property, contract management, and regulatory consulting.
  • Knowledge of EU MDR / US FDA / ISO / CE marking frameworks will be an advantage.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments — legal, technical, and business.
