Head – Career Counselling Department

Lead and manage the Career Counselling Department, ensuring delivery of high-quality counselling services.

Develop career guidance frameworks, psychometric assessments, and mentorship programs.

Conduct individual and group counselling sessions for students and professionals.

Collaborate with educational institutions, corporates, and industry experts to create career opportunities and internships.

Organize career fairs, workshops, and training sessions on career awareness and skill development.

Mentor and train a team of counsellors to maintain consistent counselling standards.

Track and evaluate counselling outcomes to ensure continuous improvement.

Stay updated on emerging career trends, higher education opportunities, and industry demands.

Requirements

Minimum 6 -9 years of relevant experience in career counselling, student guidance, or related fields.

Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, Education, or related discipline preferred.

Proven track record of leadership and departmental management.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and mentoring skills.

Ability to design and implement structured counselling programs.

Familiarity with psychometric tools, aptitude testing, and career planning resources.

Willingness to be based in Delhi and manage a North India-focused team.
