Track and evaluate counselling outcomes to ensure continuous improvement.
Stay updated on emerging career trends, higher education opportunities, and industry demands.
Requirements
Minimum 6 -9 years of relevant experience in career counselling, student guidance, or related fields.
Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, Education, or related discipline preferred.
Proven track record of leadership and departmental management.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and mentoring skills.
Ability to design and implement structured counselling programs.
Familiarity with psychometric tools, aptitude testing, and career planning resources.
