Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle leader to oversee the end-to-end delivery and recovery of complex Oracle projects. This role requires a unique blend of strategic project leadership, deep vendor engagement, and expert-level proficiency in Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM). You will be responsible for ensuring project success, steering troubled projects to recovery, and providing technical authority on SCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Oracle Cloud programs, ensuring adherence to cost, scope, and schedule objectives.
• Manage complex SCM implementations and drive value realization through process optimization and technology enablement.
• Oversee recovery planning and turnaround for troubled Oracle projects, defining corrective strategies and executing them effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams (Oracle, clients, vendors, and partners) to ensure seamless project governance and stakeholder alignment.
• Provide functional leadership in Oracle SCM Cloud modules, integrating business processes with technical design and configuration.
• Facilitate solution architecture and integration with Oracle Fusion Cloud, OIC, and OCI platforms.
• Drive continuous improvement, quality assurance, and delivery excellence across projects.
• Mentor and guide delivery teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and performance excellence.
