Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The Placement Head will be responsible for managing and improving all placement-related activities, including building and maintaining relationships with industry partners, organizing campus recruitment drives, and providing career counseling to students. The role also involves coordinating with faculty and ensuring students are well-prepared for interviews, as well as tracking and reporting placement statistics. 5 years exp. as a TPO in any educational Institute / University. Capable to place min.1000 students per year and industrial Exp. of 3+ yrs would be prefered.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Understanding of Labor and Employment Law and HR Policies
• Strong Employee Relations skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
