Residential Rendering Manager

About the Role :

We are seeking a talented and experienced 3D Rendering Specialist with a strong background in residential design to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience  in creating high-quality renderings for luxury residential projects. You will be responsible for producing stunning visualizations that bring design concepts to life, working closely with design teams to ensure that the final renderings align with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create high-quality 3D renderings, visualizations, and animations of luxury residential projects using industry-standard software (e.g., V-Ray, Rhino, 3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar).
• Collaborate with design teams to understand project concepts and translate them into photorealistic renderings.
• Work with US-based clients to understand their preferences and ensure that the visualizations reflect their vision for the project.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in rendering materials, lighting, textures, and finishes to ensure the most accurate and appealing visual representations.
• Ensure timely delivery of renderings and visualizations, meeting project deadlines and quality standards.
• Stay updated on the latest rendering technologies, trends, and techniques to continually improve the quality and efficiency of your work.
• Provide revisions and adjustments to renderings based on client and design team feedback.
• Work closely with the design team to ensure that renderings align with the overall design intent and project goals.
