Key Responsibilities :

Collect, validate, and follow up on data related to client-side and operations activities.

Review and verify client invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Prepare and maintain riders’ payout and summary reports on a regular basis.

Present accurate data insights and reports to management as required.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and timely submissions.

Required Skills :

Proficiency in Power BI , SQL , and Advanced Excel .

Basic knowledge of coding for automation and process improvement.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science , Statistics , Computer Science , Business Analytics , or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in data analysis and reporting.

Prior experience handling client and operational data preferred.
