Integration Developer

About the Role

We are looking for an Integration Engineer with expertise in Kafka Connect and Azure Integration Services to manage operations and deliver enhancements for enterprise integration solutions. This role will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of existing integrations, while also driving continuous improvements and supporting new business requirements.

We are about 550+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Kafka Connect and Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, API Management).
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in integration pipelines (Kafka topics, connectors, and Azure services).
• Enhance existing integrations and design new ones based on evolving business needs.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Kafka connectors (source and sink) for various external systems.
• Implement Single Message Transforms (SMTs) and develop custom connectors where required.
• Ensure scalability, security, and compliance across Kafka and Azure integration platforms.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams to align integrations with enterprise standards.
• Create and maintain operational documentation, monitoring dashboards, and runbooks .
• Support post go-live enhancements and ensure minimal downtime during changes.
