🎯 Your Mission

🔹 Take ownership of a portfolio of Managed Services and project clients, ensuring smooth end-to-end delivery.

🔹 Drive delivery excellence , uphold SLAs, and ensure top-tier client satisfaction 💪.

🔹 Lead and mentor global delivery teams — fostering collaboration and accountability.

🔹 Host customer meetings, status reviews, and executive briefings with confidence and clarity 🎤.

🔹 Provide insights through dashboards, reports, and data-driven decisions 📊.

🔹 Manage incidents, RCAs, and governance frameworks with precision.

🔹 Collaborate with finance for billing, invoicing, and resource utilization.

🔹 Support cloud transformation initiatives across AWS, OCI, and hybrid environments ☁️.

🔹 Continuously improve delivery processes and service frameworks to drive operational efficiency.

🔥 What You Bring

• 12+ years in Service Delivery Management (MSP or enterprise IT environment).
• 5+ years of experience across Azure / OCI / AWS / Engineered Systems .
• Strong knowledge of ITIL practices (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
• Proven leadership and client management skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

💡 Bonus Points If You Have

✨ ITIL v4 / PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications.

✨ Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Power BI, SharePoint .

✨ Strong data analytics and reporting skills.

✨ A calm, problem-solving mindset under pressure 🔧.

🎓 Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent experience.
