Live underwriter

Position- Live Underwriter in US mortgage industry .

Location- Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune

• knowledge of conventional VA and FHA which is Mandatory. Good to have USDA Jumbo Reverse Non-QM HELOC
• extensive knowledge on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Guidelines which is Mandatory. Agency guidelines should be an added advantage
• have an extensive working knowledge on 4C
• know in and out of DU LP and GUS in detail
• well-versed in income calculations on both salaried and self-employed based on the product types
• Candidate should be flexible with Night shift
• Work from Office only
• Immediate Joiners
