What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end recruitment for contract and full-time roles across technologies (Cloud, ERP, Data, and Digital).
- Understand complex client requirements and translate them into compelling candidate conversations.
- Build genuine connections with candidates — not just screening, but storytelling : presenting roles that excite, fit, and inspire.
- Act as a conversation creator — someone who can open doors, build trust, and turn interest into opportunity.
- Partner with Account Managers to understand hiring nuances and deliver the right talent with speed and precision.
- Create a great candidate experience — every interaction should leave candidates feeling heard, respected, and excited.
- Use multiple sourcing strategies — LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative networking — to find and engage top talent.
