About the Role
The RCOG MHC OBGYN Program Manager will oversee the overall management, coordination, and execution of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG) training program at Max Healthcare (MHC). The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality delivery, compliance, and growth of the program while driving strategic initiatives including student recruitment, accreditation, and expansion to multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the RCOG MHC OBGYN Program.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders including RCOG and associated institutes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to drive trainee enrollment.
- Maintain and update the student roster ensuring data accuracy.
- Ensure timely fee collection and maintain financial oversight.
- Lead efforts for MHC accreditation for RCOG training programs.
- Oversee and ensure continuous updating of trainee and supervisor E-Portfolios.
- Act as the primary liaison between MHC and RCOG for all program-related communication.
- Strategize and coordinate program expansion across additional MHC locations.
- Plan and manage logistics and hosting of the RCOG Part 3 examination at MHC.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Recruit a minimum of 20 new students annually.Successfully organize and execute the RCOG Part 3 examination.Launch at least three new courses annually for medical or paramedical professionals.Achieve or exceed enrollment targets for RCOG-related courses.Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications :
MBBS or equivalent medical degreeExperience :
2 to 5 years of experience in program management, healthcare education, or medical administrationBehavioural Skills :
Strong training and facilitation abilitiesExcellent contingency planning and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage operations efficiently under strict timelinesTechnical Skills :
Understanding of healthcare education and training ecosystemsFamiliarity with patient safety protocols and quality standardsKnowledge of medical delivery systems and clinical workflowsStrong decision-making and critical thinking abilitiesProficiency in E-Portfolio systems, scheduling tools, and basic research conceptsLanguage Proficiency :
