Marketing Project Manager

IOSIGNITE is a marketing and branding agency specialising in the education sector. We work with schools and nurseries across India and the UK, helping them shape their brand, sharpen their communication, and run effective marketing campaigns.

We’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager who can confidently handle client communication, understand their needs, and coordinate with our in-house teams to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.

What You’ll Do Be the main point of contact for multiple clients

Understand each client’s marketing goals and turn them into clear briefs

Work closely with the creative, content, and digital ads teams to execute campaigns

Plan timelines, track progress, and ensure timely delivery

Review work before it goes out to clients

Maintain strong working relationships and ensure smooth day-to-day communication

What We’re Looking For Excellent spoken and written English

Prior experience managing multiple clients or accounts

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to coordinate across teams and keep projects moving

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines

A calm, solution-oriented mindset

Nice to Have Experience in a marketing agency

Familiarity with the education sector
