We are looking for a Sr. Executive / Associate Manager – Finance.

Job Description

Business partnering with Tech, business and Operations team and be a point of contact for requirements

Ensure that all the requirements from tech, business and Operations are met on time without compromising on the quality, regulatory and compliance requirements

Preparation of monthly / quarterly MIS reporting for Group company

Salary Allocation-ProjectWise and reporting to management

Monthly Budget Vs Actual analysis of revenue and costs and reporting to management

Monitoring project wise billing against target / budget and hold regular meetings with internal stakeholders to track the billings

Work with internal stakeholders on all the new business initiatives with support of the seniors for providing recommendations / suggestions after careful evaluation of applicable rules, regulations and compliance requirements

Support in reviewing the agreements / contract from finance stand point and provide valuable inputs

Support the statutory and Internal audits and ensure the required information provided within timelines and also closure of audits within set timelines

Support internal and external reviews, if any, and ensure the timelines are met

Support the team in various ad-hoc requirements on Balance sheet and Profit & loss analysis, numbers review, research and reporting etc

Qualifictions And Skills

Qualified Chartered Account with 1 to 2 years of experience

Strong technical, analytical and communication skills

Ability to co-ordinate with management and work independently, wherever required

Excellent excel skills with the ability to process and analyze the large volume of data

Abilities to manage tasks effectively and complete the deliverables on time
