Global Benefits Professional

This role seeks an expert in SAP SuccessFactors Global Benefits to lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of modules across global organizations. Key responsibilities include implementing and configuring benefits programs, designing tailored solutions, configuring eligibility rules, enrollment workflows, and vendor integrations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of global benefits processes and compliance regulations, as well as the ability to manage client relationships and deliver business-driven solutions.
