WorkBuddyHR is an early-stage startup focused on building the next-generation Human Resource Management System (HRMS) for modern businesses. Our mission is to simplify HR operations for small and medium-sized companies through an intelligent, automation-driven, cloud-native SaaS platform.
We aim to unify everything HR teams need — onboarding, attendance management, leave tracking, payroll, compliance, performance management, employee engagement, and more — into a single, seamless system that is easy to use and built to scale.
We are currently in the initial product development phase, laying down the foundation of our architecture, technology stack, and core modules. As one of the earliest team members, you’ll directly influence product decisions, contribute to long-term vision, and be part of turning a 0→1 product into a large-scale company.
Fundraising & Grants
- Assist in identifying and applying for grants, accelerator programs, and government schemes.
- Support in preparing pitch decks, financial projections, and investor documentation.
- Participate in discussions with angels, VCs, and early-stage investors.
Sales & GTM Strategy
Build the initial sales engine, market positioning, and early pipeline.Develop outbound sales strategies, lead generation patterns, and partnership channels.Identify and close early adopter clients for pilot runs.Work closely with the product team to refine features and customer feedback loops.Business & Strategy
Help shape the vision, roadmap, and go-to-market approach.Contribute to high-level decision-making on product, team building, and operations.Work as a core member of the founding team with full ownership of your vertical.Who We’re Looking For
Someone entrepreneurial, ambitious, and hands-on.Prior experience in HRMS, SaaS, B2B sales, fundraising, or startup building is a big plus.Comfortable working with uncertainties typical of early-stage startups.Someone who wants to be part of a 0→1 journey and create long-term value.
