Job descriptionDevelop and maintain firmware for embedded systems, ensuring efficient and reliable performance. Collaborate closely with hardware engineers to integrate firmware with hardware components, including Raspberry Pi. Conduct rigorous testing and debugging to ensure robust firmware functionality. Optimize firmware and Python code to improve system performance and resource utilization. Document firmware designs, updates, and development processes. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to enhance firmware and Python development. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring consistent system performance. Participate in design reviews, contributing insights to support development processes. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to align on project goals. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics and Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in firmware development for embedded systems. Proficiency in programming languages such as C / C++ and Python. Experience in firmware optimization, debugging, and hardware integration, particularly with Raspberry Pi. Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and collaboration software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and communicate technical information clearly. 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Python and Raspberry Pi.
