Handle the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for contract staffing (requirements gathering, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding).
Understand client requirements (skills, duration, project needs) and provide quick turnaround with quality profiles.
Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster, Indeed, etc.), LinkedIn, referrals, and internal database .
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of contract resources across multiple skill sets (IT / Non-IT).
Conduct telephonic / video interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, availability, and salary expectations.
Negotiate contract terms, rates, extensions, and conversions to permanent roles when applicable.
Ensure smooth onboarding, compliance, and documentation for contract hires.
Maintain candidate records, trackers, and MIS reports for client updates.
Develop strong relationships with candidates and ensure regular check-ins during deployment.
Meet defined targets on submissions, interviews, and closures for contract staffing.
