Role Overview

Pinkvilla is looking for a Lead Graphic Designer to head our design efforts across digital and print platforms. This role demands a blend of strong creative vision, leadership capabilities, and hands-on design expertise.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design team in creating compelling graphics across digital, print, and video platforms.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and visual standards across all communication touchpoints.
• Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns, marketing collateral, social media graphics, website visuals, and event branding.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, product, and tech teams to translate briefs into impactful visual solutions.
• Provide art direction, constructive feedback, and mentorship to junior designers and freelancers.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technology to ensure fresh and innovative output.

Requirements :

• 8+ years of hands-on experience as a graphic designer with a strong and diverse portfolio and team management experience.
• Proven experience in creating social media creatives, thumbnails, presentation designs, print layouts, OOH banners, and more.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, CorelDRAW, InDesign, etc.
• Experience with Sketch, InVision, and other design collaboration tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a design team, manage deadlines, and drive project efficiency.
