Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced SAP Success Factors CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) Consultant to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Success Factors integrations and a proven track record of delivering end-to-end integration solutions across SAP and non-SAP systems. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams, and effective communication skills to engage with stakeholders at different levels.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, build, and maintain integrations between Success Factors and SAP ECC, S / 4 HANA, and other enterprise systems (e.g., People Strong, third-party HR applications).

Configure and customize SAP CPI to support secure, scalable, and efficient data flows.

Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely resolutions.

Collaborate with HR, IT, and functional consultants to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and integration standards.

Support UAT, documentation, and post-go-live activities for integration projects.
