Key deliverables :
- Provide end-user support and resolve complex system issues independently
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure across Macbook, Windows, and Linux platforms
- Perform change controls, update documentation, and ensure SLA compliance
- Participate in capacity planning, root cause analysis, and 24x7 on-call support
