Role Summary
Lead and drive the Loan Against Property (LAP) sales function, focusing on the prime segment, to achieve aggressive disbursement targets and maintain high portfolio quality. Responsible for managing a sales team and cultivating strong channel partner relationships.
Core Responsibilities
- Target Achievement : Exceed monthly / quarterly Prime LAP business and revenue targets.
- Channel Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, and other sourcing channels.
- Process & Compliance : Ensure smooth processing, coordination with Credit / Operations, and adherence to all regulatory and internal policies.
- Market Analysis : Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategy.
Must-Have Qualifications
3+ years of experience in LAP / Mortgage salesProven track record of meeting sales targets and managing channel partners.Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.Skills Required
