We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive with 0-1 years of experience to join our dynamic sales team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with the ability to engage potential clients and promote our products effectively. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals looking to kick-start their career in sales.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
  • Follow up on leads and potential clients to convert them into sales.
  • Maintain a database of customer information and interactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients over the phone.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in English and local languages (Marathi, Hindi).
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in using telecommunication systems and CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection.
  • Strong persuasive skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and email communication.
