Job descriptionBachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 810 years of professional experience in Python backend development. Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP), microservices architecture, and distributed systems. Proven experience tuning and scaling databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB. Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills. Exposure to AI / ML frameworks, model integration, or data pipelines. Experience with distributed messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS). Knowledge of cloud cost optimization and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, development, and scaling of backend services using Python (Django, FastAPI, Flask).
- Architect, deploy, and maintain microservices on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Enhance system reliability, scalability, security, and overall performance.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce engineering best practices.
- Lead API and database design (SQL / NoSQL), including REST and GraphQL architectures.
- Integrate backend services with AI / ML pipelines when required.
