Production Site Lead

Job descriptionSupervise kitchen staff, helpers, and production crew during shifts. Manage shift scheduling, attendance, and task allocations. Conduct on-ground training for staff on hygiene, safety, and operational guidelines. Resolve on-site workforce issues and escalate as needed. Ensure strict adherence to personal hygiene, sanitation, and workplace cleanliness. Conduct routine checks for kitchen equipment, food storage temperatures, and safety protocols. Report any non-compliance, equipment breakdowns, or hazards immediately. Coordinate with clients / customers regarding daily requirements and feedback. Maintain effective communication with the central kitchen, logistics, supervisors, and management. Handle customer concerns promptly and ensure service quality. Maintain daily reports for production, dispatch, manpower, and wastage. Handle documentation related to stock, delivery records, and compliance audits. Update management on daily operations, issues, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities :
Operations & Production Supervision
- Monitor daily kitchen / site operations to ensure timely food preparation and dispatch.
- Coordinate with production teams to maintain workflow and meet order timelines.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (FSSAI & internal SOPs).
- Oversee inventory levels and support procurement requirements.
