Techno-Functional Consultant - MES Implementation

About the Role :

We are seeking a seasoned Techno-Functional Consultant with a strong background in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) implementation.

In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience to bridge the gap between technical and functional aspects of MES projects.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting complex MES solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements and drive operational efficiency.

This position requires a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, strong technical acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and participate in the implementation and configuration of MES systems, including Simatic IT / OpCenter, Syncade, and FTPC / FTPS / PMX.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for MES solutions.
• Configure and customize MES modules to meet specific client needs.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and performance.
• Design and manage Oracle database solutions for MES applications.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Integrate MES systems with other enterprise applications using API protocols (SOAP, REST) and data exchange mechanisms (FTPC / FTPS).
• Utilize knowledge of SQL, CI / CD, DevOps, Microsoft Foundation technologies, JAVA, and JavaScript to support MES development and integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to MES systems.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.
