Role Overview

We’re seeking a strategic, data-driven Lead of Performance Marketing to own and scale our global customer acquisition engine.

In this role, you will :

Define the vision and roadmap for global performance marketing.

Lead and mentor a growing team of performance marketers.

Drive ROI across paid channels with aggressive growth targets

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

Own and lead the global performance marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, and emerging channels.

Manage multi-million-dollar budgets with a focus on ROI and scalability.

Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team.

2. Execution & Optimization

Oversee campaign strategy, creative direction, and audience segmentation across Google, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic DSPs.

Drive continuous testing and experimentation (A / B tests, funnel optimization) to reduce CAC and improve ROAS.

Collaborate with Product, Data, and Design teams to refine the user journey from first touchpoint to conversion.

3.Analytics & Reporting

Define KPIs, track performance daily, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.

Champion a data-driven culture using tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, and advanced attribution models.

Qualifications & Skills

7–10 years of progressive experience in performance / growth marketing, including leadership of multi-channel acquisition campaigns.

Proven success managing multi-million-dollar monthly budgets and scaling ROI-positive campaigns globally.

Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), programmatic DSPs, and emerging platforms.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data and web analytics, experimentation, and funnel optimization.

Excellent leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.

Startup or high-growth company experience preferred.
