The Role

As an Senior Sales Executive / Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in growing our client base by building strong relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the end-to-end sales process. This role is perfect for someone who is ambitious, results-oriented, and passionate about sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels (cold calling, networking, social media, inbound inquiries, etc.).
  • Consultative Selling : Conduct discovery calls, needs analysis, and product demos to understand client requirements and position the CRM tool as a solution to their business challenges.
  • Building Relationships : Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Negotiation & Closing : Lead pricing discussions, handle objections, and close deals by demonstrating the ROI and value of the CRM solution. Negotiate contract terms and pricing with confidence.
  • Sales Reporting & Pipeline Management : Use CRM tools to track opportunities, update the sales pipeline, and provide accurate forecasts to the management team.
  • Product Expertise : Gain a deep understanding of Makunai Global’s CRM product and be able to explain its technical features in a way that resonates with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with the Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a seamless experience for prospects and customers.
  • Meet Sales Targets : Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals by driving new business and upselling existing clients.
