The Gig

We’re hunting for a dynamic B2B Sales professional who can turn conversations into collaborations. You’ll own the entire sales funnel—prospecting, pitching, presenting, and partnering—while championing a topic that every workplace needs but rarely talks about : hormonal health.

What You’ll Do

Full-Cycle Sales Ownership : From first “hello” to signed contract, you run the show—lead generation, pitching, demos, negotiations, and closing.

Workshop Evangelist : Persuade HR teams, L&D managers, and decision-makers to host our wellness workshops (online / offline).

Engagement Driver : Ensure employee participation is sky-high by creating excitement and FOMO.

Partnership Builder : Spot and seal strategic collaborations with corporates, educational institutions, and healthcare networks.

Network Ninja : Represent LAIQA at events, forums, and industry meetups to keep the pipeline buzzing.

Your Scorecard (KRAs)

Number of qualified leads generated and nurtured

Corporate / campus workshops booked & executed

Participant sign-ups & engagement rates

New strategic alliances forged

What We’re Looking For

Proven B2B sales chops—corporate wellness, healthcare, or education background is a plus

Killer communication & presentation skills (you can light up a room or a Zoom)

Ability to run an end-to-end sales cycle solo

Track record of smashing targets and building long-term relationships

Networking mindset—you know how to turn a handshake into a partnership
