    Location : Balaji Nagar, Pune

    Job Type : Full-time [Remote]

    Salary : ₹3.0 – 4.2 LPA + Incentives

    About the Role

    At Brandskript , we don’t just run ads — we scale businesses. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in running Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns across multiple industries and global markets (USA, UAE, UK) .

    Roles & Responsibilities

    1. Performance Marketing & Paid Campaign Management

    • Plan, set up, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) campaigns.
    • Run campaigns for tangible products and intangible services across India, USA, UAE, and UK markets .
    • Design and manage full-funnel campaigns — awareness, engagement, conversions, and retargeting.
    • Optimize ad spend, manage budgets, and scale campaigns with a focus on ROI and ROAS .
    • 2. Analytics, Tracking & Data-Driven Insights

    • Set up and manage Pixels, Google Tag Manager (GTM) tags, UTM parameters, and GA4 tracking .
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and platform dashboards.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
    • Track key metrics (CTR, CPL, CPA, LTV, ROAS) and recommend improvements.
    • 3. Campaign Optimization & Conversion Rate Growth

    • Conduct A / B testing of ad creatives, copies, landing pages, and audiences.
    • Implement advanced audience targeting, lookalike audiences, and remarketing campaigns .
    • Optimize landing pages and funnels for higher conversion rates.
    • 4. SEO, Content & Organic Growth Support

    • Perform keyword research and align with campaign goals.
    • Implement advanced SEO strategies alongside paid efforts to boost visibility.
    • Collaborate with content writers to ensure campaigns align with SEO-driven content.
    • 5. Social Media Marketing & Brand Presence

    • Manage and grow social media channels with strategic campaigns.
    • Align organic + paid campaigns for maximum engagement and conversions.
    • Ensure brand messaging is consistent across platforms.
    • 6. Email Marketing & Automation

    • Develop and execute segmented & automated email campaigns .
    • Track open rates, CTRs, and conversions, optimizing campaigns regularly.
    • Integrate email strategies with paid ads for seamless customer journeys.
    • 7. Client Management & Custom Solutions

    • Understand client industries, markets, and objectives.
    • Provide customized ad strategies based on business goals.
    • Present campaign performance clearly to clients with data-driven insights.
    • 8. Collaboration & Creative Execution

    • Partner with designers to create high-converting creatives, videos, and landing pages .
    • Ensure creatives and messaging are adapted for different global markets (USA, UAE, UK) .
    • Provide detailed creative briefs to the design and content teams.
    • 9. Research, Innovation & Industry Awareness

    • Stay updated with platform updates, ad policies, and global trends .
    • Research competitor campaigns in domestic & international markets .
    • Experiment with new ad formats, tools, and growth hacks.
    • 10. Continuous Learning & Team Contribution

    • Share campaign insights and best practices with the internal team.
    • Upskill regularly through certifications and learning opportunities.
    • Proactively propose innovative strategies to improve performance for clients.
    • Must-Have Skills

    • Proven expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping).
    • Foreign market campaign experience : USA, UAE, and UK.
    • Strong ability to generate qualified leads, conversions, and scalable ROI .
    • Hands-on experience with Pixel setup, GTM tags, UTM tracking, and GA4 .
    • Knowledge of advanced audience targeting, remarketing, and funnel optimization.
    • Proficiency with analytics and marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, HubSpot, Facebook Insights).
    • Strong copywriting and communication skills for ad messaging.
    • Certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot) are a strong plus.
