Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Control Tower Analyst - Key Account, located in New Delhi. The Control Tower Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the control tower operations, monitoring and managing key account performance, and ensuring high levels of service delivery. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing data for insights, coordinating with various stakeholders, assessing financial performance, and maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams. The role requires attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving issues.

Qualifications

• Strong Management Control and Analytical Skills
• Knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Experience in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
