Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business and managing the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and presenting to closing — for our CRM SaaS product. You will be working with clients across various industries and must possess a strong understanding of solution-based selling and the SaaS landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through field visits, networking, events, and cold outreach.
  • Meet with prospective clients to understand their business needs and demonstrate how our CRM platform can add value.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demos tailored to client use cases.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales engineering, and customer success teams to support sales initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records of all sales activities and pipeline forecasts.
  • Stay current with product updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Requirements :

  • 2–5+ years of field sales experience in SaaS, ideally CRM or B2B software.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience selling to C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC, or similar).
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to travel within your assigned territory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Nice to Have :

  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
  • Background in selling to mid-market or enterprise clients.
  • Familiarity with API integrations and SaaS implementation cycles.
