The key responsibilities are -
- Develop and execute comprehensive corporate communication strategies to align with business objectives
- Oversee internal and external communication channels to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, stakeholders, and industry influencers
- Manage crisis communication plans to effectively address and mitigate potential risks
- Lead employer branding initiatives across relevant media platforms
- Lead public relations campaigns, including press releases, media kits, and interviews
- Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across campaigns
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and make improvements as needed
- Provide guidance and training to team members on best practices in corporate communications
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head Corp Comms should have :
- Educational qualifications in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Atleast 15+ years of experience in corporate communications within the Power Industry or a similar field.
- Strong understanding of media relations and crisis communication management.
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in managing digital and social media communication strategies.
