Responsibilities / Tasks
The SAP Sales and Services Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) modules to meet business requirements. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy SAP solutions, providing support and training to end-users, and ensuring seamless order processing and fulfillment.
- Various day-to-day support to existing Internal SAP customers in terms of incident- and change request handling
- Participate in SAP ERP projects throughout the full project life cycle
- Assist in analyze phases of upcoming projects
- Implement and configure SAP SD modules, including pricing, order management, and delivery processes.
- Analyze business processes and recommend SAP SD solutions for process improvement and upcoming projects.
- Work with sales and distribution teams to ensure efficient order processing and fulfillment
- Provide support and training to end-users on SAP SD processes and functionalities.
- Perform system testing, debugging, and issue resolution related to SAP SD.
- Create and maintain documentation for SAP SD processes
- Result driven – focused on targets and project plans
Your Profile / Qualifications
Qualifications :
Relevant degree (Bachelor / Master’s degree or BA plus qualifying working experience) or practical experience from Sales & ServiceStrong professional experience in SAP SD / LE / CS and SAP Service consultancy or an equivalent combination of education and experienceAdvanced experience in process design as well as in project management within sales and after-sales areaStrong interpersonal skills, also in an intercultural environmentAbility to conduct workshops and training (Train-the-Trainer approach)Knowledge of project driven engineering business would be an advanceStrong communicative skills - in EnglishERP specific experience / IT skills required
Experience with SAP systems designing & visualization based on business processesExperience in customizing and setup within SAP SD / LE / CS Module as well as SAP ServiceDesign, optimization and further development of sales and after-sales business processes within the existing IT landscapeRequirement as well as process analysis together with the business within the existing SAP landscapeExperience with full-life cycle ERP implementation
